Who is responsible
Lorenzo Celayeta Stoopen, doing business as Adorenz, is responsible for your personal data. Address: Leones 4375, col. Tetelpan, alcaldía Álvaro Obregón, C.P. 01700, Ciudad de México.

If we wrote to you first
We look up businesses on Google Maps and review their website to see what could be improved. If you got an email or a WhatsApp message from us, that is how we found your business.
We only take data the business itself publishes:
- The business name, category, address and phone number, as listed on Google Maps.
- Its Google rating and number of reviews.
- Its website address and what its home page says.
- The email and WhatsApp number shown on that website.
We use them to:
- Send you an email or a WhatsApp message introducing Adorenz and offering a new website or improvements to yours.
- Send you, at most, one reminder if you do not reply.
- Note whether you replied and what you said, so we only follow up if you are interested.
- Know who not to contact again.
A person reviews and sends every message. If you do not want to hear from us, reply “no” or write to contacto@adorenz.mx. We will not write again, and your business is marked “do not contact” so it never comes back into our searches.
If you write to us
When you fill out the form on this site, write to us by email or WhatsApp, or book a call, we receive:
- Your name, email and phone or WhatsApp number.
- Your business name.
- Whatever you tell us about your project.
We use them to reply, book the call and prepare a proposal. If you hire us, we will also ask for your tax details to invoice you, and use all of it to deliver the project, bill it and invoice it.
What we do not do
- We do not use your data for anything not listed in this notice.
- We do not ask for sensitive data, such as health, religion, ethnic origin, political opinions or sex life.
- We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not give it to anyone so they can market to you.
- We do not add you to mailing lists or newsletters.
- This site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools.
Who else sees it
We rely on these services, which store or process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes:
- Google Workspace: email, calendar and documents.
- Vercel: hosts this site and receives the form.
- WhatsApp, if you message us there.
- Anthropic (Claude): an AI tool that helps us review websites and draft the first email.
- The system where we keep track of clients.
Some of them store information on servers outside Mexico, mainly in the United States.
Other than that, we would only hand over your data to an authority that requests it under the law.
How long we keep it
As long as it serves the purposes in this notice. Then we delete it. The exception is the “do not contact” mark: it stays so we keep our promise not to write to you again.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us for:
- Access: to know what data of yours we have and how we use it.
- Rectification: to correct it if it is wrong or incomplete.
- Cancellation: to delete it. We keep only what we need to recognize your business and not write to you again.
- Objection: to stop using it for a specific purpose.
- To withdraw your consent or limit what we use it for.
To stop receiving messages, just reply “no”. For anything else, write to contacto@adorenz.mx (or reply to the email we sent you) with:
- Your name and an email address where we can reply.
- An ID that confirms it is you. If someone writes on your behalf, their ID too and the document that makes them your representative.
- Which right you want to exercise and over which data.
- Anything that helps us find it, such as the business name or the email we wrote to.
- If it is a correction, what needs to change and a document that supports it.
We reply within 20 business days at most. If your request is granted, we carry it out within the next 15 business days. Each period can be extended once, by the same length, if the case justifies it, and we will tell you.
It is free. If you ask for access, we send you your data in a file by email.
If you disagree with our answer, you can file a data protection request with the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno within the following 15 business days. If we do not answer in time, you can file it as soon as the deadline passes.
Your consent
If you write to us or fill out the form, you agree that we use your data as this notice says.
If we write to you first, this notice is linked from the first message. If you do not object, we proceed as explained here. You can object at any time by replying “no”.
If this notice changes
We publish any change on this page and update the date above. If the change affects what we use your data for, we will also tell you in the next message we send you.
This notice follows Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. It is a translation: the Spanish version is the one that applies.
